RHB Radiation Machine Registration on the Web
This Radiologic Health Branch (RHB) searchable list serves as verification of valid and current radiation machine registrations in California. Radioactive Material and General Licensed Devices (GLD) are not included.
Certificates of Registration are no longer issued.
Registrants may utilize this tool to verify their internal records match the RHB database and view their registration status.
New facility submissions and delinquent/inactive registrations will not be viewable.
Use the Online Registration Portal to report any discrepancies in registration information or machine inventory.
Submitted changes will first require RHB review and processing before they reflect on this tool.
